Pan IPAni (a play on words: Pan i Pani translates to Mr and Mrs) is a great way to start your adventure with the IPA style and a perfect introduction to the American hops goodness.

The best of two worlds: the lightness of wheat beers combined with the enticing bitterness of a classic IPA. Expect prominent citrus, mango and pear aromas intertwined with delicate floral notes. Slightly cloudy, light golden. Well-balanced, moderately bitter on the mouth.

A jammy triple fruited sour ale brewed with blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Taste: An initial jammy sweetness saturates the senses, as though biting into a juicy berry picked during peak season. Gentle acidity rounds out the taste, adding brightness to the beer, which further accentuates the jammy fruit character and brings forth the biscuity malt body.

Appearance: Dark red with a light pink head.

Nose: Lush and fruit-forward with notes of a oven-fresh pie, sun-soaked berries and a bouquet of lilac blossoms.

3. Pohjala (EE) – Kuusk - IPA

Main hops: HBC 431, Mosaic, Columbus, spruce tips

A resinous and zesty IPA brewed with American hops and Estonian spruce tips.

Taste: Citrus-forward at first, with bursts of grapefruit zest and lemon, which is later complemented by the resinous spruce notes and piney hop bitterness. As the beer settles on the palate, its intense resinous character subsides, leaving room for the biscuity malt profile and subdued malt sweetness.

Appearance: A lemon-yellow beer with a pristine white head.

Taste: The smooth, milk chocolate sweetness of Must Kuld mingles perfectly with exotic spices - a hint of pepper and fiery ginger balances out the sweetness of the allspice before smooth cinnamon and lactose join into a beautifully warming spiced latte.

Appearance: Jet black with a brief white head.

A rich porter with smooth honey notes. Brewed with lactose for that extra silky texture. Enjoy on its own or as a dessert at the end of a decadent meal. Contains barley malt and lactose.

Taste: As with the aroma, chocolate will come through first and foremost – this time a creamy white chocolate. Balancing this is a suggestion of delicate coffee with a decadent hint of raspberry and blackcurrant.

Appearance: Jet-black with a crema-like head.

Nose: The aroma of smooth milk chocolate will pour out of the bottle when opened, quickly followed by both honey and blackcurrant jam.

Starting with a mix of carefully chosen apple varieties and following the good old traditional methods, I become a lively must through an alcoholic fermentation process, transforming into a natural cider. Once that bubbling transformation is complete, I go through a reverse osmosis process, skillfully using membranes to part ways with the alcohol while keeping all my wonderful flavors intact.

To wrap things up, I undergo clarification, filtration, a touch of sweetening, and a sprinkle of carbonation magic. And voilà! I turn into a crisp, refreshing cider with 0.0% alcohol, ready to be enjoyed sip by sip. Cheers to the art of cider-making!
